Stephen G. Petrucci

Stephen Petrucci brings over 25 years' experience in successful business formations, strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, and securities transactions to Caliber Holdings.
A veteran in both law and business arenas, Petrucci has worked with the Upjohn Company, Martin Marietta Aerospace, and Lear Siegler, Inc. where he served as Director of Legal Affairs and General Counsel. Since 1983, he has practiced law with special emphasis in the areas of medical law, sports and entertainment law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities transactions. He also was lead counsel in the litigation of a landmark case in the treatment of sub-arachnoid hemorrhages.
Petrucci played an integral role in numerous large-scale business transactions. He participated in the negotiation and administration of a billion-dollar defense contract and negotiated the then-largest media contract in NFL history. Petrucci also served as founder, CEO, and financier of a high-tech golf equipment company and arranged financing for the consolidation plan of the third largest golf retailer in the United States.
After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Petrucci earned a Masters of Science in Business from Western Michigan University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Denver.
John T. Mansfield
Senior Financial Analyst
John Mansfield brings more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis as well as program, project and operations management to Caliber Holdings.
Mansfield has leased and managed a retail shopping center and served as an Account Manger and Project Manager for Holden MSS, a Direct Marketing Fulfillment and CallCenter. Later Mr. Mansfield served as Operations Manger for Holden where his responsibilities included management of the Accounting, Cashiering and Project Services Departments.
Mansfield is an expert in financial modeling, forecasting and operations management. He has extensive experience in call center management, media buying analysis and direct response program management. He holds a BSBA in Finance from CreightonUniversity.
John Stones has more than 18 years experience in direct marketing. He fulfilled an ambition to put his unique knowledge and skills to work by joining Caliber Direct to optimize the success of DRTV marketers.
Stones previously served as Vice President of Client Services, Short Form, for Euro RSCG, the industry's largest media agency. Prior to Euro, Stones co-founded the Inpulse Response Group, which became the industry's premier teleservices provider under his tutelage. He also worked for five years at 'Hooked-on-Phonics', where he managed annual sales to $157M (a record in 1993). Stones' experience gives him an unparalleled in-depth practical knowledge of and appreciation for the kinds of strategic planning and marketing operations required for his clients' DRTV success.
Stones has published numerous articles in Industry publications including Response Magazine, DM News, and the Electronic Retailer magazine. He has also presented at the ERA and DMA Shows and served as a moderator and participant in industry panel discussions. Stones holds a Bachelor of Law Degree form Leicester Polytechnic, Leicester, England and, and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from Nene College, Northampton, England.
